As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainable tourism, Antsanitia Resort is proud to announce the upcoming launch of an eco-friendly vegetable garden on its premises.

This project is part of our drive to make the most of local resources, reduce our environmental footprint and offer our visitors an even more authentic and immersive experience.

A vegetable garden that benefits the environment and quality

The future vegetable garden will allow us to grow a variety of plants and fresh produce such as papaya trees, lemon trees, mint, aubergines and other local crops suited to our climate.

An ecological and sustainable approach

The garden will be designed according to environmentally friendly principles:

• Use of natural compost
• Sustainable water management
• Chemical-free cultivation
• Recycling of organic waste

A participatory and people-centred project

Our team will be actively involved in setting up the vegetable garden, from preparing the land to day-to-day maintenance. It is also an opportunity to strengthen local skills and pass on sustainable farming practices.

We were delighted to welcome the village Scouts for a day dedicated to creating our vegetable garden. Together, the young people and our teams got their hands dirty to prepare and plant an area that will soon be growing leafy greens, cucumbers, courgettes, cassava, herbs and much more!
As a thank you for their hard work in the sun, we treated them to a refreshing break… off to the pool for a well-deserved dip!

Beyond its ecological benefits, this vegetable garden will become a fully-fledged activity in its own right for our guests.

Visitors will have the opportunity to:

• Take part in certain gardening activities
• Learn simple, natural techniques
